Create a memorable gathering in the historic Terra Ceia Village Improvement Association community hall. Located in Terra Ceia, Florida, our venue offers historic charm, a welcoming atmosphere, and the practical amenities needed for private celebrations, business meetings, baby/bridal showers, corporate dinners, and various other events (may require additional board approval).
The hall accommodates events of up to 90 guests and includes tables and chairs, full kitchen facilities, private restrooms, Wi-Fi, and ADA-compliant access.

Rental requests are not considered complete until the form and requested event information have been received, and you receive an emailed confirmation of request and rental invoice.

3. Cleaning/Management Fee: $250
4. Event Insurance Policy: A current event insurance policy naming Terra Ceia Village Improvement Association, Inc. as an "additional insured" and sent from underwriter to: bookings@terraceiavia.com or T C V I A, P.O. Box 4, Terra Ceia, FL 34250
