FROM THE TCI VIA BOARD: The by-laws committee has been working tirelessly to update the Terra Ceia Island Village Improvement Assocation by-laws. They would like to host a special meeting to answer and questions relating to the updates. Check your email to review the By-laws Document.

About the event
In addition to the By-laws approval, the ballot will contain an item to approve the live streaming of monthly membership meetings. The following contingencies will be put into place regarding live streaming:
1. The meeting will be live streamed on the TCI VIA website through the members area only. You must be a member with a website login to watch the meeting.
2. The meetings will not be recorded, but will only be available during the meeting time.
3. The camera will face the stage the entire time, speakers will only be captured by audio unless they move in front of the camera.
4. Viewing will not be participatory and viewers will not be able to vote without having a proxy physically present at the meeting.
Any member that does not wish to speak on the livestream can address concerns with a board member prior to the meeting.
