About the event
Join us for an in-depth class to learn the basics of baking rustic loaves of sourdough bread.
Each participant will go home with their own 100 year old sourdough starter as well as a handout that includes all of the information covered in class.
We will also have a follow-up class (date TBD) to review any questions that come up as you start your sourdough baking journey.
This is a fundraiser for the VIA. There is a $20 sign-up fee, payable at the class.
